n Namibia, too, educational institutions have been closed and people urged to stay home as part of measures to combat the spread of the novel Covid19 virus.
Of our partner organizations, only the Light for the Children Centre and the Ben-Hur Rural Development Center are currently operating. Due to rising unemployment, our partner organizations are currently providing basic food to an increasing number of people. In doing so, they are in close contact with the relevant
authorities.
After our last update on the current situation of our partner organizations in Namibia, we received many donations, which we forward to our partner organizations to support them in securing the food supply and hygiene protection of disadvantaged children and their families.
